Employment

The Youth Recreation Staff position is responsible for supervising participants, as well as organizing and leading various youth sports and recreation activities. All Youth Recreation Staff must be able to promote fair play, teamwork, and encourage all participants. They must also maintain rules and safety standards at all times.  Applicants must be at least 14 years old. 

 

Starting pay is $10.00+ per hour, depending on qualifications. 10-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, some weekend and evening hours required as needed. Applications are accepted year-round, however, the number of programs that we are offering at that time will determine the amount of staff we hire. For summer recreation jobs, we recommend submitting applications in March.

 

We strongly encourage our applicants to personally reach out and submit their application, rather than having their parents or guardians do it. These positions require responsibility and independence, and we will be working directly with our staff, not through their parents.
