Riverside Park (300 East Wisconsin Street) – 2.1 acre wayside park on E. Wisconsin Street next to the Wisconsin River Levee. With the Wisconsin River just a few feet away, this park has an appropriate name of Riverside. Columbia County and some private land owners donated the land to the City of Portage in 1867. The park contains off street parking, swing set and an entrance to the 2.8 mile asphalt Levee Trail designed for recreational use. Riverside Park is now home to the Charters of Freedom - https://www.chartersoffreedom.com/
