Discover the beauty and emotion of lyrical dance in our Intermediate Lyrical Dance class, designed for dancers with a foundational understanding of dance techniques who wish to explore more expressive and fluid movement. This class bridges the gap between classical ballet and contemporary dance, emphasizing emotional storytelling and technical artistry.

Students will focus on refining their technique through graceful movements and intricate choreography, including fluid transitions, expressive leaps, and controlled turns. The class emphasizes the importance of musicality and connecting with the emotion of the music to enhance performance quality.

Through a combination of barre work, center exercises, and choreography, dancers will develop strength, flexibility, and a deep sense of lyrical expression. You'll work on interpreting various themes and emotions, bringing a personal touch to your performances while enhancing your technical skills.

Prerequisites include a solid grasp of basic dance techniques and prior experience in lyrical or contemporary dance. Join us to deepen your lyrical dance abilities, explore the nuances of expressive movement, and bring your artistry to life.

Dancers will learn one routine that they will perform at the recital in May!
