Note:

**Please note that only 1 crockpot/slow cooker is able to be plugged into each set of outlets. Plugging in more than 1 crockpot/slow cooker into a set of outlets (even via a power strip) will blow the fuse and you will be without power for your rental**

If you would like additional tables/chairs, it is your responsibility to rent them from an outside vendor. The City does not offer additional picnic tables for private rentals.

Please bring your Shelter Rental receipt with you on the day of your rental. If other park users are refusing to leave the rented space, we ask that you please call the Police Dispatch number (608-742-2171) and request an officer to assist with the situation. The Portage Police Department is aware of our Shelter Rentals, and are happy to help resolve any issues. The Portage Park & Recreation Department is closed on the weekends, so any voicemails or emails sent will not be received until Monday morning.
